Ger Redmond talks about anti-drugs and crime initiative ‘Get the Message Out’

GER REDMOND from the Northside Partnership joins Donie Tarrant to discuss the Get The Message Out. 

It is a group of community organisations that have a youth / addiction focus that were brought together by Northside Partnership following the increase in drug related crime and violence in the area.

The aim of the initiative is to inform young people and their families that there are alternatives to drugs and crime and that supports are available to them to avoid or exit this lifestyle.

This group are organising Another Way 5K run on Saturday 30th of April in Darndale park.
