Pat Meehan speaks to DARREN KINSELLA about the book “Finglas through the eyes of its people”. They discuss where the idea for the book came from. They discuss some of the forty plus portraits featured within the book and discusses some of the stories behind the people featured in the portraits.

 

We hear where the book launch and how it sold out of it’s first run within the first month of release. They speak of a book called “Finglas through the ages” which covers the history of the area.

They discuss prospective future photo books in other areas of Dublin and key people who may be featured in such a project.
