DAVE O’CONNOR joins Noel McGuinness to give a round up of news within the Near Media Co-Op. Dave begins by telling of the success of the recent Social Justice Media conference that was organised as a celebration of thirty years of the Near Media Co-op.

Dave moves on to speak of the difference between commercial and community radio and also talks of the CRAOL network – an association of the community radio stations in Ireland. Dave tells of the current newsletter featuring a picture from the archives of Doug Rogers, a long time presenter on the station.
