CONOR GOODMAN, Features Editor of the Irish Times, tells Noel McGuinness about the Times’ competition called ‘The Best Place To Live In Ireland’.
The idea is simple enough. Entrants have only to write a short essay on why their own home town, city, village, townland, or simple cottage in a field is the best place in Ireland to live.
You can cite community, architecture, scenery, or even number of cows per acre as your reasons for saying this place cannot be improved upon, and a panel of judges will pick a winner.
