Cafe O Play celebrates first anniversary

Play

MICHELLE BARRY CASHMAN  and HANNAH LOPEZ, the operators of Cafe O Play at Clonliffe & Croke Park Community Centre explain how this new concept in play groups operates. They provide a cafe service for parents, and full playgroup facilities for children. This means parents and children can socialise at the same time. There are some very messy activities such as pottery and painting that young people can enjoy here and leave the mess behind when it’s all over.

They now open five days a week, and visitor numbers are growing steadily as the word spread via social media and word-of-mouth.
