She talks about her assistance dog, Zeta who helped her autistic son. She discusses why it was recommended for her son, the process and waiting period to get an assistance dog and how Zeta has helped her son.

She also talks about the process in which assistance dogs are trained by puppy walkers, how Irish Guide Dogs match each dog for each child and the training that she did with Zeta.
