Journalist CHRISTINA FINN joins Ger Leddin to discuss her series of articles investigating the ways in which patients can be held in institutions without review.

Christina discusses some of the results of her research in regards to the Mental Health Act of 2001, outlining some of the details of the Act which people may not be aware of. She speaks of the definitions of a voluntary patient and asks if “Voluntary” the correct word.
