Mark speaks to Cllr CHRISTY BURKE (Independent) about the Dublin City Council choosing sites for their first modular homes.

He talks about the process involved in how and why the sites were chosen for the houses, his response to people’s reactions of the homes being chosen in areas such as Ballymun and Ballyfermot, how homelessness can happen to everyone and how welcome the areas are to the modular homes.

He also talks about how some sort of rent control must be put in place by the government and how important it is for landlords to cooperate with this process.
