AUDREY McGARRIGLE joins Ger Leddin in conversation. Audrey’s son, Liam, is six years of age. He has a mild learning disability and a severe expressive and effective language delay.

She gives an account of her situation and explains her anger at politicians who have been less than helpful in dealing with her situation. She tells Ger about the confusion around resources and SNAs and how people may not be aware of the recent cuts to services which her son requires.
